Order Discounted Software

Faculty and Staff

Use the software order site to purchase discounted software for a College-owned computer (e.g., Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect or Adobe Photoshop). Licensing prices are available on the order form. If you don't see the software you want in the form's drop-down list, simply enter it in the Additional Information section and make your request anyway. Software must be ordered by May 1st to be billed in the current year. Software ordered after May 1st will be billed the next fiscal year.

Microsoft Office for Your Home Computer

If you are faculty or staff and want Office for your home PC or Apple computer, you have the following option.
Faculty and Staff may order a copy of Office for their home computer if they have Microsoft Office installed on their College computer. Both Office 2007 for the PC and Office 2008 for the Apple are available. With this agreement, Microsoft will send the installation DVD and License Code direct to your home after you order. They will charge a shipping and handling fee of about $20.00 to the credit card you use to place the order. **The School of Business and VIMS have separate agreements with Microsoft. If you are Faculty or Staff with either, please check with your IT department.

Students

Visit our Microsoft Office site for students to purchase the latest version of Microsoft Office at a heavily discounted price. The ID Office is authorized to sell Adobe software at a discount (e.g., Acrobat Professional, Photoshop Extended, etc.).
