Adobe Acrobat forms may allow you to save data and some HR forms may be filled in online, printed, signed and forwarded to our office. We do not accept electronic signatures at this time. You must sign forms and then mail or bring them to the HR Office. You may wish to save a version of the form on your computer for your records.
