The Employee Relations Section of the Office of Human Resources provides a wide variety
of services to assist employees and supervisors.
A staff member with in-depth knowledge and specific skills in the area of employee relations and counseling can assist employees and supervisors in managing work place issues. Some of our services include:
- Assisting supervisors with the standards of conduct policy
- Helping employees use the grievance procedure
- Referring employees to alternative dispute resolution programs, such as mediation
- Providing confidential guidance and counseling for employees and supervisors
- Coordinating employee recognition programs
