President/Steering Committee approves recommendations

September 2008: Board of Visitor Approval

Final recommendations are submitted to the Board of Visitors for approval.

Sept-Oct 2008: Develop HR Materials

Develop communication materials; finalize policies; update web site; and train managers and supervisors.

Oct-Dec 2008: Enrollment Period

Campus communication and conduct information sessions.

January 2009: New Human Resource System Effective
