Pay Practices

Pay Practices establish modern compensation practices; provide management with the capacity to reward and recognize performers; allow employee growth and career development; and eliminate reliance on job reallocations. Career Groups, Roles, and Employee Work Profiles are the foundation pieces that define the work that people do. Pay Practices define how people are paid depending on various situations such as new hire, transfers, areas of compensation management, etc.
