Changes are coming to PeopleAdmin!

Login and workflow changes in PeopleAdmin will be coming June 25.

Full Description

Beginning June 25, PeopleAdmin, the College's online position management and recruitment system, will have the following changes:

Logging-in is about to get easier! 

You will no longer need to maintain a separate set of credentials to login to PeopleAdmin.  You will login using your WMuserid and password through our W&M Central Authentication Service (CAS) site.  This will be the same login process for taking action on emails from recruit@wm.edu.

Looking to backfill your open position?

Hiring Officials will be able to generate a posting directly from an approved position description, as long as the position description has been previously approved by Compensation in PeopleAdmin and there are no changes in the position description. This change will be reflected in the workflow of PeopleAdmin beginning June 25.

Creating a new position?  Updating a current position?

Hiring Officials will no longer be required to generate a posting request in PeopleAdmin for newly created or updated/reclassified positions for recruitment.  The Hiring Official will receive an e-mail notification to let them know the action has been approved and submitted to Employment for posting. Employment will work with the Hiring Official to post the position.
