Full Description

The insurance waiver request deadline has been extended to September 9, 2009, for all full time students (new and continuing)  for the Fall 2009 semester.

Do you already have health insurance for the 2009-2010 academic year? If so, complete a waiver request by the deadline to avoid being enrolled in and billed for the Student Health Insurance Plan.

Remember, the College requires all full-time undergraduate and graduate students admitted Fall 2006 or after to have health insurance coverage throughout the school year as a condition of enrollment. These students will be enrolled in and billed for the College-endorsed Student Health Insurance if you do not submit a waiver request by the posted deadline or if your waiver request is not approved.  All F-1 & J-1 International students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan.
