The online 2013-2014 Student Insurance Waiver Request is now open and accepting submissions! All New, Transfer or Readmitted AND Continuing students who already have adequate health insurance for the 2013-2014 academic year must submit a Waiver Request by July 1 to avoid being billed for and enrolled in the College-sponsored Student Insurance Plan. Please note: All full-time students must furnish the College with proof of health insurance coverage EACH ACADEMIC YEAR by submitting an approved Waiver Request.
If you missed the July 1 deadline, you may still submit a 2013-2014 Student Insurance Waiver Request. However, you will likely see the $709 Student Insurance Policy-Fall charge on your tuition bill. Once we receive an approved waiver request, the charge will be removed from your student account within 3-5 business days.
