The Fraternity/Sorority staff provide primary advising to the governing councils of the fraternity and sorority community, work to provide educational programming to community members, and provide advisement and support to all chapters, chapter leaders, and members.

The Director of Student Leadership Development, the Assistant Director of Student Leadership Development, and the Graduate Assistants also play active roles within the general Student Affairs staff of the College.
