New Fraternity Housing Project
"In order to affirm and strengthen fraternity life as an important William & Mary tradition we seek to create living environments that advance the highest and historic values of fraternities that members, alumni, and the college as a whole will respect and appreciate." ~Mission Statement
In April 2011 the College unveiled plans and the location of new fraternity housing to be built on campus. This project will include 12 buildings (11 individual chapter facilities and a community building), which will provide 187 new bed spaces. Ground will be broken in the spring 2012 semester and the facilities will open in the fall 2013 semester.
