Hungry students? Not at William & Mary.
Freshmen are required to purchase the Freedom, Gold 19, or the Gold 14 meal plan. For meal plan purposes, a freshman is defined as any student who has not yet completed two semesters of full-time study post high school, or is in his or her first year of residence at W&M. The Gold 19 plan will be automatically assigned and charged to your tuition, fees, room and board bill should you not select another option by July 1. This plan allows students access to 19 "meal swipes" at the residential dining facility per week and $225 Dining Dollars each semester. Students are able to make any eligible meal plan changes prior to the end of the add/drop period for each semester; your Student Account will be updated accordingly.
Having a meal plan gives you access to so much more than just food. William & Mary Dining takes pride in sourcing wholesome ingredients for each of the residential and retail facilities and the full-time Campus Dietitian is available for individual and group consultations, meaning all your dietary questions can be answered on-site. Dining Dollars allow you the flexibility to grab a quick snack or beverage and our convenience stores mean you have access to your meal plan at almost any time of day.
