Arts & Sciences Common Book

A new tradition in Arts & Sciences.

All incoming new students will join a shared intellectual experience within the William & Mary community. This fall, we are reading Hidden Figures by Margo Lee Shetterly, a Hampton, Virginia native who is an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Fellow and the recipient of a Virginia Foundations for the Humanities grant for her research on women in computing.

Your complimentary copy of Hidden Figures will be mailed to the domestic postal address you provided on your W&M application.  If your application included an international mailing address, an electronic copy will be sent to your W&M email address.

If you do no receive a copy of the text by the start of Orientation, please let your Orientation Aide know so they can provide you with one.
