Acquiring Assets

If you are interested in acquiring a surplus asset, please contact Chris Morgan at 757-221-2055 or clmorgan@wm.edu to check availability of items and obtain pictures.

Types of assets typically available through surplus:

Desks
Chairs
Bookshelves
Filing Cabinets
As of July 1, 2022 there are 18 microwaves available.

If Fixed Asset Management does not have what you are looking for, we will add your requested items to “A WISH LIST.” Once wish list assets become available, notification of availability will be sent to you.

The following types of assets are NOT available through surplus:

Air conditioning units
Freezers
Mattresses
Microwaves
Refrigerators
