Financial Reporting

The Financial Reporting department is responsible for the preparation of the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the College of William & Mary, the Virginia Institute of Marine Science and Richard Bland College, along with the Financial Report for the Intercollegiate Athletic Program, Auxiliary Schedule for William & Mary, and the Schedule of Federal Assistance for both William & Mary and VIMS in accordance with Federal, State and industry guidelines.

Financial Reporting also maintains the integrity of financial data within the Banner System and is responsible for the creation of new accounts, the approval of all adjustments and beginning balance transactions within Banner, and debt management for bond-funded capital outlay projects.

We are located on the second floor of Williamsburg Professional Centre, which is at 1310 Mt. Vernon Ave. Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Williamsburg Professional Centre is directly across the street from the old Williamsburg Community Hospital.
