Data Control

The Data Control department is responsible for ensuring that all accounting records are properly documented and accurately recorded within the College's Banner Finance System. The Data Control department is also responsible for all fiscal transfers and miscellaneous cash transactions within Banner Finance, as well as labor distribution transfers within the Banner Human Resource System.

Data Control is located on the second floor of Williamsburg Professional Center, which is at 1312 Mt. Vernon Ave. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Williamsburg Professional Center is directly across the street from the old Williamsburg Community Hospital.

At VIMS, the Data Control department is located in room 241 of Watermen's Hall.
