Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable department is responsible for ensuring that vendors supplying goods and services to the College are paid in a manner consistent with the Commonwealth of Virginia's Accounting Policies and Procedures, which includes ensuring compliance with the Prompt Payment Act as well as the College's Internal Control Policy.
The Accounts Payable department is also responsible for processing requests for reimbursement of travel expenses incurred by those traveling on official College business, and to ensure that such reimbursements adhere to the Commonwealth of Virginia's Travel Regulations.
Accounts Payable is located on the second floor of
Williamsburg Professional Center, which is at 1310 Mt. Vernon Ave.
Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Williamsburg Professional Center is directly across the street from the
old Williamsburg Community Hospital.
