OJT Learn

The College of William and Mary purchased training software called "OJT" to help custodial staff improve their custodial skills. 

Blow Hall room 311 has been designated as the training room for OJT.  Custodial Supervisors can schedule Blow 311 for OJT training by using the Outlook Calendar.

Use of Headphones

Headphones have been provided for use during OJT Training.  However, students are encouraged to use their own personal headsets or earbuds.  If the provided headsets are used it is important that they are cleaned properly after use with the provided sanitizing wipes.  Please contact Curtis Powell, x-12138, if wipes are missing.

Hardware Problems

Any hardware or network problems should be reported to Technical Support at 14357.  Problems related directly to the OJT sofware should be directed to the [[borawl, Systems Administrator]].
