Self-identification

The College of William & Mary invites and encourages persons with disabilities and protected veterans to voluntarily self-identify with the Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Self-Identification helps us to 1) assess and improve our hiring and employment practices, and 2)  take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment persons with disabilities and protected veterans. This information will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and will not be used in a manner inconsistent with federal regulations.  Submission of information is completely voluntary and refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse treatment. It can be submitted now or at any time in the future.
