Receiving unauthorized assistance Responsible Disciplinary Probation for two semesters; 10 hours community service Student was signed in as "present" in a class student did not attend. Student was unaware that this happened, but student did have a previous agreement with roommate to do so.
Providing unauthorized assistance Responsible Warning; 10 Hours Community Service Student signed in another student as "present" in a class student did not attend. Other student was unaware that this happened, but student did have a previous agreement with roommate to do so.
Lying Responsible Disciplinary Probation for one semester Student altered parking pass.
Plagiarism Responsible Disciplinary Probation for two semesters; rewrite assignment to the satisfaction of professor; F on Assignment Student plagiarized paper directly from Wikipedia.
Plagiarism Responsible Disciplinary Probation with Loss of Privileges for two semesters; Writing Center referral Student plagiarized most of paper by not putting quotes in quotation marks, or not including nearly verbatim quotes in the bibliography.
Unauthorized Assistance or Collaboration Resolved via Optional Early Resolution Rewrite assignment; Grade penalty of at least 50% Student received unauthorized help from another student for papers in two different classes, and duplicated an assignment, which she also received help on, to hand in for both classes.
Unauthorized aid Not Responsible Student reported for having similar answer to another student.  Found not responsible.
Stealing Responsible Disciplinary Suspension for at least one semester; Disciplinary Probation for one semester upon return; Apology. Student stole painting from a merchant. Student was significantly intoxicated at the time.
Unauthorized aid Responsible Disciplinary Suspension for two semesters; F in course; Reflection paper. Student used computer during midterm, beyond the scope of allowed computer usage. Student had prior conduct record of significance.
Unauthorized aid Responsible Disciplinary Probation with Loss of Privileges for one semester; Disciplinary Probation for an additional semester. Student observed with materials and computer open during a closed-book exam.
Lying Responsible Permanent Dismissal Student lied repeatedly to faculty and other students about having a significant illness.
Lying Responsible Disciplinary suspension for one semester.  Student used another student's ID to check into a residence and stay in a room that was not assigned to student.
Lying, Cheating Not Responsible Student reported for lying about date she completed assignments with a deadline extension; found not responsible
Plagiarism Responsible Disciplinary Probation with Loss of Privileges for one semester; Disciplinary Probation for an additional semester; F in Course Student submitted take-home exam with whole paragraphs taken from websites that collect exam answers and term papers.
Lying Responsible  Disciplinary Probation for two semesters; Loss of Parking/Driving Privileges Student altered a temporary parking pass to reflect a later expiration date after pass had expired.
Stealing Not Responsible Not Responsible Student reported for using another student's ID to make purchases without student's knowledge or permission; found not responsible.
