Fostering Personal Growth and Responsibility

Our community’s values include a commitment to personal and academic integrity, appreciation for the rights of others, acceptance of personal responsibility, and acknowledgement and repair of harm created by one’s actions.

Using an educational approach, we help students learn and grow and to develop a deeper understanding of their obligations within community and the impact of their actions on themselves and others. We engage our students in active collaboration to identify and acknowledge harms and to repair and restore relationships impacted by the student’s behavior.
