Orientation occurs before the Fall (August) and Spring (January) semesters to introduce new students to many aspects of William & Mary including student life, academic policies, and the honor code. The goal of each orientation program is to make our students feel right at home from the moment they set foot on campus.

New Students Arriving Fall 2013

Congratulations on your decision to attend William & Mary. We are excited to welcome you to the William & Mary family and to help you make the most of your time at W&M. We have created a step by step program that will guide you for all of the required elements to start your journey.

Step 1: Tribe Guide

The Tribe Guide will lead you through everything that you need before arriving on campus in August.

Step 2: Fall Orientation Dates

Fall Orientation will take place August 23rd - August 28th.

Step 3: Fall Orientation Schedule

All students entering for the fall 2013 semester are required to attend the New Student Orientation Program. Check out a sample Orientation schedule (pdf).
