Mood Check-Ups, Pizza, Prizes, and Play! 11 AM - 3 PM in Chesapeake
Come by and take a free mood screening, grab some pizza, enjoy a free massage, ask some experts for college survival advice, and relax for a bit! How good is your mood?

Jordan Burnham: Guest Speaker on Coping with Life’s Stress 7 PM in Commonwealth Auditorium
Listen to the heart warming story of a suicide survivor who now teaches resilience to people of all ages.

Fight Fatigue through Fabulous Foods 12.30 - 2 PM in the Caf
Grab your tray and drop in to ask your general nutrition questions. Come and go as you wish!

Design Your T-Shirt for the Saturday Walk 6 PM Sadler Terrace
Bring a white t-shirt, and join us as we decorate them for our Saturday solidarity and awareness walk!

Friday, 5 October
Drum Circle: Release Your Stress through Drumming 3 - 4 PM in Bryan Complex
Join a friendly group of people led by Patrick Hudgins, and let the rhythm scarry your stress away. If you have a drum, bring it! If you don’t, there will be extras to release your stress from too!

Saturday, 6 October
Walk for Mental Health Awareness 10 AM Starting at Blow Hall
As a walk to exemplify the importance of mental health, it will prove both powerful and touching. Following the Out of Darkness Walk in Virginia Beach, this walk will end with a balloon release in the Sunken Garden.
