Withdrawals

All students requesting a withdrawal during the middle of a current semester must have an exit appointment with the Office of the Dean of Students. A withdrawal form will be provided at this meeting and is also available below. Students who request a withdrawal between semesters need to fill out the form below and return it to the Office of the Dean of Students. Students leaving between semesters are encouraged, but NOT required, to schedule an exit appointment with the Office of the Dean of Students.
