Meeting Facilities

The Washington Office has one conference room that seats up to 25 people around tables and 45 people theater-style. Please fill out our Event Request Form to request availability. There are a variety of options in the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace building as well as other nearby facilities to suit your meeting needs.

If you would like to provide refreshments to your class or meeting attendees, there are a variety of options near the Washington Office, and many will deliver. From a casual breakfast of bagels and coffee to more elaborate receptions, the following document lists suggestions to meet your needs.

One of the caterers the W&M DC Office and the Carnegie Building use quite frequently, they can provide service at various levels-continental breakfast, lunches, receptions. A fairly casual but still very nice option for breakfast, lunch, or appetizers, Balducci's offers a variety of budget-friendly and delicious catering. Breakfast offerings include continental options with muffins, croissants, bagels and fruit salad, and lunch includes everything from sandwiches, wraps, salads, and dessrts to hot dishes and and hors d'oeuvres.  Great helpful staff, easy to work with.
