Finding quality summer housing in Washington is a challenging venture — but William & Mary is here to help!

W&M Apartments at The Buchanan

We provide a limited number of apartments for rent at The Buchanan, a high-rise apartment building in  Arlington, VA, just outside the Washington, DC city limits. Whether you are a professor, an undergrad, or a grad student -- taking W&M Washington Summer Sesion Classes or not -- any W&M student or employee is eligible to live in these apartments. DCSI Fellows are given preference if applications are received by February 1. Remaining spaces will be announced on February 2 and open to the wider W&M community.
