Finding quality summer housing in Washington is a challenging venture -- but William & Mary is here to help!
We provide a limited number of apartments for rent at The Buchanan, a high-rise apartment building in Arlington, VA, just outside the Washington, DC city limits. Whether you are a professor, an undergrad, or grad student -- are taking W&M Washington Summer Sesion Classes or not -- any W&M student or employee is eligible to live in these apartments.
