Office & Meeting Facilities

Use of Facilities After Hours

If you wish to use the office during non-traditional business hours, i.e., outside the range of 9 am – 5 pm, M-F, you should obtain a key from the Washington Office or the Provost’s Office before arriving. The keys will allow access to the front door of the Carnegie Building after hours, as well as to the doors of the W&M suite.

Washington Office Suite:
  • Consists of a reception area and five offices
  • All rooms feature windows and natural light
  • A fully-equipped conference room that can accommodate up to 25 people
  • Two workstations with a computer, telephone, high-speed internet access, and printing capabilities
  • An office that is used by the W&M in Washington professor, the Regional Major Gifts Officers, our summer interns, and as overflow office space by visitors from campus

Local Meeting Facilities

In addition to the facilities on-site there are also a variety of local meeting options, both in the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace building as well as in other nearby facilities to suit your meeting needs. Please fill out our Event Request Form to request availability.
