Tribe Responses
Simple web forms.
Tribe Responses is free, web-based software designed for faculty, students, and staff. All you need to create a simple web form is an internet connection and your WMuserid. Student organizations may also use this tool to create forms that complement their Tribe Voices presence.
Note: for assistance with your Student Org WMuserid, please contact [[darepe, Ann Repeta]] in the Student Leadership Development office.
It's All on the Web
If you have an Internet connection and a web browser, then you're ready to start building your forms. With Tribe Responses you don't have to worry about mapping a drive, or using FTP to connect to a web server. In fact, you can create and edit your forms, and even manage your form data without leaving Firefox. (Internet Explorer and Safari work too).
Getting Started
To create a form, login at http://forms.wm.edu and follow the step-by-step guide. Once your form is complete, you can send people to it directly using a simple web address, embed it in your department's official Cascade website.
