Group counseling is a dynamic and powerful therapeutic approach that facilitates changes in attitudes and behaviors. For many students, group therapy is the most effective and appropriate treatment option. We have included a brief description of some of the advantages and components of group therapy, as well as a list of the groups that are currently available.
