Assisting Students Who Report Sexual Misconduct: Guidance for Faculty and Staff

University policy prohibits sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.  Sexual misconduct is defined as attempted or completed:

  • Non-consensual sexual contact or intercourse, where valid consent cannot be given by someone who is incapacitated such as by alcohol or drugs
  • Non-consensual intercourse
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Domestic and dating violence
  • Stalking
