Career Fair Passport
Think career fairs are just for seniors? Think again! The Career Fair Passport is designed to help you engage with employers to conduct career field research and build your network early in your college career. Just pick up your Passport at our annual Career and Internship Fairs to find employers who want to help freshmen and sophomores learn more about their companies and organizations.
Career Assessment for Sophomores
The iStartStrong inventory is designed to help you identify your interests and how they relate to industries and occupations. This information can be used to inform your academic, internship, and graduate school considerations. Space is limited to 20 sophomores and registration is required.

Local Internship Program
The best way to figure out if a career path is right for you is to get some hands on experience. The Career Center has developed internships with a wide variety of organizations in the greater Williamsburg area. These internships take place during the semester and typically require 7-10 hours per week of your time. All local internships are open to freshmen and sophomores, and previous work experience is not required to apply. Take advantage of the opportunity to get resume worthy experience now!
