Interviews

The interview is what is going to get you the job, not your beautifully crafted resume. It's so important to prepare carefully for the interview and to observe the proper etiquette throughout the process.

If you want to participate in on-campus interviews with employers, you must first fulfill 3 prerequisites, including attending an interviewing workshop. Log into tribecareers.wm.edu to see who is coming to campus to interview (check back often because new employers contact us throughout the semester).

We strongly recommend that you attend  the employers' information sessions, if one is offered, before your on-campus interview.  The representatives will provide you with lots of information you need to know for the interview. It is crucial that you research the employer before the interview; go prepared!

Practice is the best way to prepare for an interview—and the Mock Interview program is ideal practice. View this semester's Mock Interview schedule and reserve yours.
