Kelly is an alumna of The College of William & Mary, class of 2005, with at Bachelor of Arts in English and a licensed secondary teacher. She has been an Assistant Director on the Cohen Career Center team since September 2013. Kelly develops programs assisting underclassmen with the career exploration and decision-making processes through the Compass program, including the Major and Career Exploration (MACE) seminar. She also collaborates with academic and service departments across campus to provide programs for student athletes, freshmen and sophomore groups, students majoring in the Humanitities, and connections with alumni involving career exploration.
Kelly has more than 4 years experience in career development, including Lasell College and Lesley University. Additionally, she has 4 years of experience teaching secondary English in southeastern Virginia where she also coached field hockey. Kelly has a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, where she was also a graduate assistant teaching secondary student teachers in and around Boston, MA, as well as a Master of Science in Secondary Education. Kelly is also a certified interpreter of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
