William & Mary’s NEWEST fitness program is all about Small Group Training! Join one of our certified instructors or trainers in a multi-class program designed to meet specialized fitness goals or interests!

Small Group Training is included in our Fitwell Pass membership program. Patrons without a Fitwell pass wanting to take a series must pay a $15.00 fee for each series. To register for one of our awesome training programs, click here. You may sign-up for each class series up to one month before the specific start date; however, once a class series has begun, you will not be permitted to register. Classes meet during specified dates and times and consistent attendance is suggested - this program is designed with the intention of accommodating participants who can commit to regularly attending class.
When arriving for each small group training class, please check-in a the front desk. If you have a conflict for one of the class sessions, you can cancel the single class online or email email@example.com at least 24-hours in advance if a cancellation is necessary. There is a $10.00 “no show” fee that will be charged to your account if there is no cancellation or a cancellation made with less than 24-hours’ notice.
