There is a seven day return/exchange period for all purchases at the Tribe Computer Store. We'll need your original receipt for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. Typically, the product must be in its original condition, with all its packaging and accessories.
If an item has been opened you'll need approval from the store manager. Open items may be eligible for returns or exchanges if they're defective, but only within the first 7 days of original purchase. If the opened item cost $100 or more and it wasn't defective, there's also a 10% restock fee. Labor and installation services, opened software, consumable items (like iTunes pre-paid music cards) or damaged items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All credit transactions will be credited back onto your card. For all cash and check transactions we'll mail you a check refund. Note: This will take four to six weeks to process.
Please remove all personal data from any approved or exchanged products. You should also be aware that the Tribe Computer Store is not responsible for any personal data in a returned or exchanged product, so make you remove it.
The Tribe Computer Store also reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
