Payment Process

1. Deductions will be taken for 24 bi-monthly payments from the pay period after the date of purchase until the purchase is paid in full.

2.  Faculty will have their pay deducted monthly during their 6, 9 or 12 month pay periods.

3. Equal payments will be taken from each paycheck AND A NOMINAL SERVICE FEE OF $24.00 WILL BE CHARGED. 

4. The remaining purchase balance can be paid off in full at any time WITH NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES BEING ADDED.

5. If an individual is no longer employed by the College of William and Mary before the payroll deduction is completed, the full remaining balance will be due and payable immediately.  All products purchased via Tribe Computer Store payroll deductions remain the property of he Tribe Computer Store until paid in full.  In the event of bankruptcy, I understand the Tribe Computer Store’s right to receive payment on any of my remaining debt resulting from my participation in their payroll deduction program will be secured as defined by Federal Bankruptcy Laws.
