Parking and driving privately owned and delivery vehicles in the Frat Complex service lanes puts pedestrians in the area at risk for serious injury.

To All Residents of the Fraternity Complex:
This is a reminder that the service drives located in the interior of the complex are for Service Vehicles only.   Due to an increase in student and delivery vehicles, both Parking Services and W & M Police Department will be ticketing resident and delivery vehicles that are parked illegally inside the complex.  Vehicles parked illegally on either the service drives or on the grass will result in a $60.00 fine.  When accepting food deliveries, plan on meeting the delivery vehicles at either of the complex parking lots.
