Parking Services recently upgraded to a new Parking Management System. The system allows eligible customers to purchase decals online, manage vehicle and address information, file appeals, or pay citations.
Beginning on Monday Aug 1st eligible Junior, Senior, and Graduate students will be able to access the portal at https://wm.t2hosted.com Login using your W&M Network credentials. Once on the portal you can proceed to "Manage Account" or "Get Permits". If you need to update your vehicle information do so first before requesting a permit. You cannot delete vehicles from the history, and if you have changed license plates you must add a new vehicle before requesting a permit. Please have your DMV registration handy to ensure the information is accurate. Residential data from Banner has been uploaded to determine your affiliation (resident vs commuter). Resident students may only register one (1) vehicle on campus and will receive an adhesive decal; Commuter students may register up to three (3) family owned vehicles and will receive hangtag decal.
Freshmen and Sophomores requesting exceptions to policy, may not use the portal, for those transactions you will need to submit the appropriate request in advance, then once contacted proceed to the main Parking Office to complete the transaction.
Carpoolers must also stop by in person to complete the Carpool Agreement, all members must sign the agreement and be present at the time of purchase.
The portal only accepts MC, VISA, or DISC payments. If paying by other means download the paper registration form, complete, and visit the Parking Office to finalize your purchase. if requesting a Pell Grant or Gateway Reduction you must provide a copy of your financial award letter and will need to stop by the office to complete the transaction.
Parking Decals may be displayed from date of pick up forward. Once you complete the online request, allow at least 2 business days to fulfill your request. Before exiting the portal you will be prompted to print a temp version of your decal. Beginning Monday Aug 15th decals requested online may be picked up outside the main Parking Office on the Adair side of the building. Mon - Fri from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Starting on Aug 22nd the pick up will continue to 5:30 pm.
