About The William & Mary Bakery
The William & Mary Bakery provides freshly made baked goods throughout campus. From regular, gluten free, vegan and sugar free desserts to the artisan breads on the deli stations across campus as well as the grab and go sandwiches in retail dining locations. For residential locations, the Bakery also makes breakfast pastries and breads, pies, cakes, cereal bars, brownies, special dietary desserts, and a special feature daily. For retail locations, the Bakeshop makes larger portioned items such as jumbo cookies, chocolate croissants, blueberry muffins, cheesecake slices, cupcakes and more.
“As the one and only sweet chef, I want to give the campus community something to look forward to at the end of each meal. Working on this historical campus had definitely influenced me and aided in my development. Catering functions, bakery workshops and theme meals are just a few ways I am able to give the campus sweet treats that may inspire them as they have inspired me”. Dominique Lewis
