Anyone can rent space at the Alumni House. The building is available to not only current W&M students, faculty, staff, and alumni, but also to all non-alumni. As part of our mission to serve the William and Mary community, we give preference to clients who have an affiliation with the College; however, we are open to everyone, regardless of their relationship with William and Mary.
Typically, the entire Alumni House is rented as a whole. However, depending on the size of the group and the nature of the event, it may be possible to rent a portion of the Alumni House instead.
Priority is given for activities, programs, and meetings that are directly related to the William & Mary Alumni Association. The periods surrounding all home football games, Homecoming, Charter Day, Young Guarde Weekend and 50th Reunion Weekend will be blocked out for use by the Alumni Association and released to others after the Alumni Association schedule is completed (typically one year in advance). Although we don't require any particular advance reservation, we generally fill all other dates on a first-come, first-served basis.
