EXPRESS

MATLAB GUI to generate simulations of deuteron quadrupole echo line shapes and T1Z/T1Q anisotropy profiles.

VIEW1D

MATLAB GUI for off-line processing of 1D NMR spectra. This program requires MATLAB 7.1 or later, and also the Optimization Toolbox. Besides basic operations (zero fill, apodization, phase correction, Fourier transformation, etc), this program has facilities for Gaussian/Lorenztian spectral deconvolution and non-linear least squares fitting of T1Z recovery functions. At present, it reads Bruker XWIN or TOPSPIN files.
