Application Procedures

Students who wish to attend the Semester-in-Residence Program during the 2008-2009 academic year should submit a completed application form, transcripts of all college-level work, and at least one letter of recommendation to Dr. Carolyn Whittenburg, Director of the National Institute of American History & Democracy, P.O. Box 8795, College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795.

Students who wish to claim Virginia residency for tuition purposes must also complete a Virginia Domicile Form. That form should be included along with the application form. These instructions apply to ALL students who wish to be considered for in-state tuition privileges no matter what their status at their home institution may be.
