Così grand opening set for Monday

Così, a national fast casual restaurant chain specializing in flatbreads and salads, will open in the completely renovated Lodge 1 in Sadler Center Jan. 26 at 11:30 a.m.
Opening its first location in Hampton Roads, Così will add a fast-casual dining experience to Sadler Center as well as continue to serve as a favorite entertainment spot for students.
Così was founded on the idea that good for you food should be delicious. Menu items are made using fresh ingredients and distinctive sauces and spreads to create edgy flavors. The menu features made-to-order sandwiches, tossed salads, bowls, breakfast wraps, melts, all natural soups, signature Squagels, artisan flatbread pizzas, S`mores, snacks and desserts. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted beverages and a variety of coffee-based and specialty beverages.

Così joins a lengthy list of national, local and signature brands that William & Mary Dining Services offers on campus. Argo Tea at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business offers high quality teas and blends along with specialty foods, while Williamsburg-favorite Aromas, opened in Swem Library during Fall 2014. Additionally, William & Mary Dining launched Wholly Habaneros and BBQ 1693 as two mobile food options that travel throughout campus offering unique and convenient food options.
In addition to the two mobile food units, William & Mary Dining operates two all-you-care-to-eat facilities, five specialty coffee houses, four convenience stores, a bake shop and a full-service restaurant on the campus of William & Mary. Serving over 13,000 meals, beverages and snacks per day, William & Mary Dining strives to create exceptional dining experiences, every day.
