Summary

The W&M Early Music Ensemble presents renaissance and baroque music in honor of Purcell (b. 1659), Handel (d. 1759) and John Calvin (b. 1509). Admission free. The concert also features such highly unusual instruments as the serpent and a six-foot-tall contrabass recorder built by a member of the ensemble.
