BOV to meet Feb. 3-4
The Board of Visitors at the College of William and Mary will meet in Williamsburg Feb. 3-4, 2011.
On Wednesday, Feb. 2, the Board will attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
The Board will begin committee meetings at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3, in the Board rooms on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 12:30 p.m. The Board of Visitors will then attend a joint lunch with the William & Mary Alumni Association Executive Committee and William & Mary Foundation Board of Trustees in the Dogwood Room of the School of Education at 301 Monticello Avenue. Following lunch, the three boards will hold a joint meeting beginning at 2 p.m. and concluding at approximately 5 p.m. The boards will then attend a reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the William & Mary Alumni House, located at One Alumni Drive.
On Friday, Feb. 4, the Board’s committee meetings will reconvene at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:30 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
