New email/calendar and telephones in 2011
I am pleased to announce two major technology projects for the College are underway – Exchange Email/Calendar implementation and the installation of a new phone system.
The first major project, Exchange Email/Calendar, is an integrated solution that will be replacing our current Mirapoint webmail and Oracle Calendar solutions. Conversion is slated for this Spring (February-April 2011).
The second major project planned for 2011 is the replacement of our aging PBX phone system with a VoIP unified communications system. This new system will provide all of the current features and functionality of our current phone system plus an array of new features, such as desktop software for managing your calls and accessing your voice mail from your email inbox.
