Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg Feb. 6-8
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg on Feb. 6-8, 2013.
Committee meetings will begin at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 and will be held on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings will conclude by 6:30 p.m., and the Board will attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. in Blow Hall room 201.
On Thursday, Feb. 7, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall. The meetings in Blow Hall will conclude by approximately 12:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a lunch with board members of the Alumni Association and the William & Mary Foundation in the Matoaka Woods Room of the School of Education at 301 Monticello Ave. Following lunch, the three boards will hold a meeting in the Matoaka Woods Room at the School of Education. The joint meeting will begin at 1:45 p.m. and break at approximately 5:15 p.m. The boards will then attend a reception beginning at 6 p.m. at the Muscarelle Museum located at 611 Jamestown Rd. followed by a dinner at Swem Library located at 400 Landrum Dr.
On Friday, Feb. 8, the meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by noon. The Board will then attend a lunch with Cypher Society members.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
