Board of Visitors to hold retreat Aug. 16-17
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will hold a retreat in Williamsburg on August 16-17, 2013. The purpose of the meeting is to serve as a planning retreat for members of the Board.
On Friday, August 16, the Board will meet in Providence Hall at Colonial Williamsburg, located at 136 E. Francis Street, Williamsburg, Virginia. The Board will attend lunch at 11:45 a.m. in the Director’s Lounge on the first floor. Retreat sessions will begin at 1:15 p.m. in the Director’s Meeting Room on the second floor. The sessions will conclude at 5:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner beginning at 6:45 p.m. at the home of Board member Charles Banks, located at 5631 White Hall Road, Gloucester, Virginia.
On Saturday, August 17, the Board will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Board Room in William & Mary’s Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The retreat is open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
