The Multicultural Ambitious Leadership Education (M.A.L.E.) Institute is an intensive and
selective, 5-week training course for new and upcoming
male leaders of color, as well as those with a clear commitment to issues of diversity.
Its sole purpose is to motivate and increase male participation in student organizations here at The College of William and Mary,
with a special focus on leadership of the multicultural organizations.
Graduates of the M.A.L.E. Leadership Institute have gone on
to provide outstanding leadership to every level of campus life here at the College.
