W&M Semester in Sevilla: At A Glance

Study in Spain’s most beautiful city, the heart of Andalucía, home of flamenco’s musical traditions, Islamic history, and Semana Santa

·       Coursework at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO, est. 1997), one of Spain’s smallest (7,000 students) and most modern universities, with excellent library collection, computer access, sports facilities, gym, outdoor track and fields, and intramural sports.

·       Earn up to fifteen W&M credits, in a variety of disciplines

·       Opportunity for qualified students to enroll in a W&M International Service-Learning Seminar with Internship (agencies for volunteer work in Sevilla, depending on availability, may include Médicos del Mundo, Movimiento por la Paz, others working on behalf of: immigrants; environmental protection; orphans; human rights, high school students of English as Foreign Language, etc)

·        Option for advanced students to choose from vast array of regular course offerings and enroll with Spanish university students
