Front of
Millington Hall

Blue Spruce
(Picea pungens glauca)
China Fir
(Cunninghamia lanceolata)

The young Blue Spruce and China Fir are along the walkway toward Rogers Hall. (This China Fir was photographed in fall 1998. It was subsequently damaged when a nearby Loblolly Pine fell onto it during the ice storm of December 1998.) A Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga taxifolia) stands against the east wall of Millington Hall. There are several Southern Magnolias (pictured below) lining Millington's south wall, and the Sawtooth Oak grows in the lawn, along with a Deodar Cedar (Cedrus deodara) and an Atlas Cedar (Cedrus atlantica).
